CBBS successfully lobbied for Croatian cities
CBBS successfully lobbied for the City of Sisak to be awarded with the title “European City of Sport 2019“, as the first Croatian city in the category of the cities with more than 25 000 inhabitants and for the City of Prelog to be awarded as “European Town of Sport 2019” (cities up to 25 000 inhabitants), in the competition organized by European association ACES Europe (European Capitals and Cities of Sport Federation) from Brussels.
Sisak and Prelog will receive the awards at ACES Europe Gala Ceremony taking place on December 4th 2018 at European Parliament in Brussels together with some 25 – 30 awarded cities from countries across Europe.
ACES Europe and CBBS are working closely in order to bring the new candidates from Croatia/SE Europe interested to become European Capital/Cities/Towns/Communities of Sport and members of ACES Europe.
