CBBS successfully lobbied for the City of \u010cakovec<\/a> to be awarded with the title \u201cEuropean City of Sport 2020\u201c, as the second Croatian city in the category of the cities with more than 25 000 inhabitants, in the competition organized by European association ACES Europe<\/a> (European Capitals and Cities of Sport Federation) from Brussels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u010cakovec will receive the award at ACES Europe Gala Ceremony taking place at the end of 2019 at European Parliament in Brussels together with other 30 awarded cities from countries across Europe.\u00a0<\/p>\n
