CBBS took part in the workshop on #M&A and #BusinessTransfer during COVID 19 crisis
Berislav Čižmek, CEO of CBBS, management consulting and EU lobbying company from Zagreb, member of CBA Global Network (Cross Border Associates), a network of certified experts/business consultants for cross-border transactions, that is supporting business owners of small and medium size companies in strategic partnership projects, business transfer and selling/buying businesses, took part on August 27, 2020 in Zagreb in a workshop organized by CEPOR (Croatian SMEs and Entrepreneurship Policy Center) on the influence of COVID 19 crisis on the #M&A and #BusinessTransfer projects in German and Croatian market.
Key note speaker was Mark Walther, M&A Consultant and Managing Partner of Walther Transaction GmbH from Muenchen. CEPOR and Walther Transaction GmbH are both members of TRANSEO (European Association for SME Transfer) with the seat in Brussels.
Workshop was successfully organized and moderated by Mirela Alpeza, Director of CEPOR while the situation on the acquisition market in Croatia was commented by the present Croatian experts: Andrija Garofulić – Mazars Croatia, Darijo Krešić – Grubišić & Partners, Josipa Hren – Deloitte Croatia, Nikola Oršanić – Consultarium, Slaven Ćurić – PWC Croatia and Berislav Čižmek – CBBS.
