Brussels meets Zagreb – new EU Affairs & EU Funding programme for Croatia and SE Europe
Croatian and regional economy, as well as the public sector (cities, local governments, public enterprises) are faced with the need to learn about European Union topics, the manner of its functioning, models and ways of cooperation with EU bodies and institutions, as well as about EU funding possibilities and preparations for the use/implementation of EU funds.
CBBS – Management Consulting & Business Building Co. Ltd is starting in the partnership with European Training Institute (ETI), one of the a leading EU training institutions from Brussels and Faculty of Economics, Zagreb, 5 days EU training programme “Brussels meets Zagreb” based on ETI methodology. The Programme will be delivered by top EU experts & practitioners and will be organised in 2 modules, February 24-25, 2011 in Zagreb and module 2, March 30 – April 1, 2011, in Brussels.
Taking into account the current stage of Croatian accession to the European Union, European Training Institute (ETI), www.e-t-i.be, one of the a leading EU training institutions from Brussels, Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, University of Zagreb, www.efzg.hr, and consulting-lobbying company CBBS – Management Consulting & Business Bulding Co. Ltd from Zagreb, are starting a joint co operation & partnership on the organization of EU training programme “Brussels Meets Zagreb”.
Faculty of Economics, through this cooperation, will continue strengthening and developing part of the permanent education related to EU topics, while ETI and CBBS will be more focused in the development and organization of market-oriented programs.
EU Affairs & EU Funding programme program will be organized in 2 modules, the start of the first module in Zagreb, on EU funds and preparation of EU projects is planned for February, 24-25, 2011, the second one, focused on EU lobbying, communication and EU institutions will take place in Brussels, March 30 – April 1, 2011.
Speakers will be ETI lecturers and other EU experts but also Croatian and regional speakers, with the success stories and experiences in working with EU funds and projects.
