Growth, innovation and competitiveness in the Danube Region – CEFA Experts Meeting in Budapest
The 5th CEFA Experts Meeting on 22 and 23 November 2012 in Budapest was dedicated to “Communication and Promoting the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR) by CEFA Exhibitions”. Berislav Čižmek, CEO of CBBS, EU Lobbyist and member of CEFA – Central European Fair Alliance, took part in CEFA Experts Meeting in Budapest.
26 representatives of CEFA trade fair organizers, 6 representatives of EUSDR and EU related institutions as well as EU Members of Parliament, Mr. Markus Ferber and Mr. Csaba Sándor Tabajdi, took part in CEFA Experts meeting in Budapest on the topic: “EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR)”.
EUSDR is of particular interest for CEFA members that are from the region, Danube – Alps – Adria. CEFA members are coming from EU member states, EU candidates states (Croatia will join July 1, 2013) and future member states.
EUSDR gives to CEFA and its members an unique opportunity to be more active in creating cross border co-operation between countries, institutions, entrepreneurs and businesses with the goal to stimulate growth, innovation and competitiveness in the Danube Region.
